We are fully licensed and certified in both states. Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certification, and our operation is certified under FAA Part 137 for agricultural aircraft operations with 44807 exemptions. We are licensed commercial pesticide applicators in Oklahoma and Texas, meaning every product we apply is handled in strict accordance with federal and state label requirements.
